William Pender has over 21 years in mortgage lending.  Before becoming a lender he practiced real estate law, and is a graduate of Davidson College and The University of South Carolina School of Law. Will has also owned his own real estate company, The Home Buyers’ Group, LLC, which focused primarily on buyers representation.
